10% Nickel Silver C74500 Alloy E Nickel Silver is often specified in lieu of Brass when a white color is required. It demonstrates corrosion resistance to organic products, water and corrosive atmospheres. It shows moderate spring properties and is very maleable and easy to fabricate.

18% Nickel Silver C76400 Alloy B-1 Alloy B-1 has good corrosion resistance to organic products, water and corrosive atmospheres. Its pleasing color blends with most plated parts. 18% Nickel Silver has good formability and spring properties (between those of Spring Brass and Grade A Phosphor Bronze). Its electrical conductivity is not as good as Brass or Bronze. C76400 is favored for severe forming.
